Subscriptions

If a Sohoj Hishab subscription payment is taken by mistake, or the paid period never becomes available in the app, contact us within 7 days of the payment. We will check the payment and either activate the plan or refund the unused amount.

SMS packages

Unused SMS that were not delivered because of a fault on our side can be reviewed for a refund or credit. SMS that were sent to the numbers you provided are not refundable.

How to ask

Send the registered mobile number, payment reference, and date through the contact page. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when that is possible.
