Last updated October 16, 2026. This policy covers the Sohoj Hishab Android app and the account services at app.sohojhishab.com.

Information we collect

We collect the mobile number, name, and PIN you use to create an account, plus the business records you enter: sales, purchases, contacts, stock, expenses, and payment accounts. The app may also store device information needed for sign-in, sync, and optional notifications.

How we use it

We use this information to run your shop books, sync data between the app and our servers, send verification codes, provide support, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your business records.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that host the app, deliver SMS, or send notifications, and when the law requires it. People you add as employees can see the business data their role allows.

Retention and deletion

We keep account data while the account is active. You can delete your sign-in from the delete account page. Some business records may remain if they belong to a shared business.
